Heart of the House
Mentorship & collaboration are important among our team. We strive to create a fun loving kitchen, with noise, laughter & a serious passion for cooking. Executive Chef Takashi is a strong proponent of the Culinary Apprentice programs and loves to see young colleagues push themselves to be the best they can be.
I love how different daily tasks can be; in one day I can go from cooking breakfast for a banquet for 50 people, to helping finish plates in AURA for a table of 4. Jeremy, First Cook
