Dinner was great – we are always kind of shy about “small plates” but the choices here were very clear and that made it easier to choose. We had the chicken liver parfait (husband loved), brava potatoes, miso crusted halibut (best halibut we’ve ever had) and the steak bavette. It was all excellent although I will say the halibut was crazy good, I would order that every time. Dessert was also great as were the wine and port offerings. Our server was just the right kind of attentive. We can’t wait to go back!

My partner and I decided to celebrate his birthday at Aura, and let me tell you, it was an exhilarating experience that surpassed all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hostess who happily accommodated our request to sit on the patio. The view from our table was nothing short of breathtaking – we gazed out at the inner harbour, basking in the beauty of downtown Victoria.
